1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Booking a session or project with us is easy. On our pricing page here on the website, choose your desired package. We recommend inquiring first to understand which package best suits your needs. You can reach out to us through our contact page as well.
2. Can I customize a package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely, with Poiema Vision our goal is to bring your vision to life. Connect with us to discuss further details and advance the vision.
3. How long does it take to receive the final product?
Generally we expect to have the final product done within 1-2 weeks. Turnaround can be longer based on business of workflow. We will communicate with you clearly and quickly if turnaround time will take longer.
4. Is a deposit required?
Yes, to lock in your date, we require a 30% deposit when the contract is signed. This ensures your project is officially on our calendar and everything is reserved just for you!
5. How long will a session be?
Session times are based on which package you choose. If a session needs multi-day shooting please make sure to communicate so we can establish a plan suited to your needs.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand life happens. To respect both your time and ours, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 7 days in advance, we’ll gladly apply your deposit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot will result in a $50 cancellation fee along with the non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance of the project will not be required however.
